Welcome to Dhingra Laboratory in Department of Biological Sciences and Eukaryotic Pathogen Innovation Center at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. Our lab is focused on identifying key molecular mechanisms associated with azole drug response and their role in pathogenesis of Aspergillus fumigatus. We use genetics, genomics, biochemical and cellular biology approaches in addition to mammalian model systems.
